President of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar signed the Book of Condolence at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ljubljana opened in memory of the late former German President Horst Köhler.

She stated that President Köhler, through his dedication, wisdom, and vision, made a significant contribution to European and global politics. She further noted that Slovenia will remember him as a friend of dialogue and cooperation. On behalf of the Slovenian nation and in her own name, the President of the Republic extended her sincere condolences to his family and the German nation.
