Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement pertains to the website of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, which is managed by the Office of the President of the Republic of Slovenia.
The website follows the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 standard. Based on a self-assessment, the compliance level meets AA standards.
Inaccessible Elements
Despite efforts to ensure accessibility, some parts of the website still do not fully meet all accessibility requirements as defined by the applicable standards (WCAG 2.1):
- Navigating the cookie settings using a keyboard is not adequately enabled.
- Several images on the website do not have appropriate alternative text, or the alternative text is not sufficiently descriptive.
- Some content tables are not fully adapted for use with screen readers.
Planned Improvements
The identified deficiencies are being addressed gradually as part of regular website updates. Technical adjustments will be implemented during the next system upgrade, while editorial deficiencies (alternative text, table structure) are being corrected on an ongoing basis.
