President Pirc Musar received the President of the Swiss National Council
The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, received Martin Candinas, President of the National Council of the Swiss Confederation, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Slovenia.

President Pirc Musar and President of the Swiss National Council Candinas discussed the possibilities for deepening the excellent cooperation between the two countries and their priorities in the period 2023-2024, when both countries will be non-permanent members of the United Nations Security Council.
The President of the Republic expressed gratitude to the President of the National Council Candinas for the help that Switzerland provided to Slovenia after the devastating floods in August of this year.
