President Pirc Musar and Foreign Minister of Egypt Shoukry on the situation in the Middle East

The President of the Republic of and Minister Shoukry talked about the situation in the Middle East. The President thanked the Minister for the important role Egypt holds in peace efforts in the war in Gaza, especially regarding the delivery of humanitarian aid to the people.

President Pirc Musar stressed that Slovenia calls for immediate ceasefire, for respect of international law, international humanitarian law and international human rights law as well as for an immediate and unconditional release of hostages on both sides.
