Newly appointed Ambassadors presented their credentials to the President of the Republic of Slovenia

The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, accepted the letters of credence of four newly appointed ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Slovenia.

The letters of credence were presented to the President of the Republic by:

  • newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Daniyar Sarekenov,

  • newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of San Marino Lisa Gualtieri,

  • newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria Dr Konrad G. Bühler and

  • newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Canada François Lafrenière.

After the presentation of their credentials, ambassadors signed the guestbook of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, and had a conversation with President Pirc Musar.

President Pirc Musar and the newly appointed ambassadors focused their talks on bilateral relations between Slovenia and the country they represent and on opportunities to strengthen them, particularly in the economic field. They also exchanged views on multilateral cooperation and the current international situation.
