Newly appointed Ambassadors presented their credentials to the President of the Republic of Slovenia

The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, accepted the letters of credence of four newly appointed ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Slovenia.

The Presidents of the Republics have received the letters of credence from:

  • Hayriye Kumaţcýođlu, the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey,
  • Maurice Makoloo, the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya,
  • Cisse Yacouba, the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, and
  • Andreas Ignatiou, the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus.

Following the presentation of the letters of credence, the ambassadors were registered in the guestbook of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, and then engaged in a conversation with the ambassadors about bilateral relations between Slovenia and the countries they represent, as well as opportunities to strengthen them.
